I ship orders within Australia only. International shipping costs are expensive so I have decided to only ship within Australia.
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2 days of your order being placed.
I don't own a real magic wand so timeframes for delivery are outside of my control. If you need your order by a specific date email me, possibly, in additional to selecting express shipping.

We highly recommend adding insurance to your package as items lost or damaged by Australia post (or other couriers) will not be replaced at my expense.
Once your order is shipped you will be notified via email and given the tracking number, if I have one!
I use sturdy boxes or protective postage bags for the safest transit possible and pack your order with great care.
We don't keep books in stock to ensure you get the current version and to avoid any possibility dust, damage, or ageing. Books generally take between ten days to three weeks to arrive.
As default, I will ship your order all together once your book arrives.
If you want your in-stock products to be shipped asap, let me know and there may be an additional shipping fee when your book arrives (generally from $6-$10 depending on the book size and weight).
If you would like the in-stock products shipped immediately (without waiting for your book order), please let me know.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock we will inform you of delivery timeframes. I do my absolute best to provide prompt service and keep most items in stock. However, specialised products are generally not available in retail shops. My suppliers provide me with these products according to your demand, and at times I require your patience while I work as fast as I can to get these items to you.
Please note, if items are coming from our overseas suppliers they require customs clearance and again, timeframes for shipping are not within our control. (Magic wand I wish you would work!)
Return, Exchange, Refund Policy
All sales are final. Returns or exchanges will only be offered for faulty items. In the unlikely event your product appears faulty please contact me within 14 days to discuss options. Products must be returned unused in original packaging with proof of purchase. The return shipping cost is the customers responsibility.
Items made by hand do vary slightly as each item is carefully and individually crafted. Sizes are approximate. Approximate timeframes for delivery are listed in each product description.
Wooden products have natural flaws and inconsistencies in the material. These natural flaws will not be considered as faulty or damaged.
